2020 Festival Menu (Subject to change)
Greek Dinner
Souvlaki (shish kabob) – Skewered seasoned and marinated chicken or pork tenderloin cubes
Tiropita (cheese puff) – Filo dough filled with feta & ricotta cheese
Dolmades – Grape leaves filled with meat and rice
Rice Pilaf – Seasoned rice
Pita Bread – Soft flatbread
Pastitsio - Baked Macaroni with beef and parmesan cheese topped with seasoned sauce
Gyro - Seasoned lamb, tomatoes, and onions served with Tzatziki sauce
Koulouria (twists) - Semi-sweet butter cookie twists baked to a golden brown
Baklava - The most famous Greek dessert, made with pecans and spices baked in layers of filo and topped with honey – syrup
Chocolate Baklava - The most famous Greek dessert, made with pecans and spices baked in layers of filo, topped with honey – syrup, and dipped in chocolate
Kourambiethes - The favorite cookie of the Greeks, a rich butter cookie with chopped toasted almonds and covered with powdered sugar.
Melomakarona - A spiced cookie dipped in syrup and rolled in nuts.
